Design Tips

Prairie Coreopsis (Coreopsis palmata) spreads by underground rhizomes (roots) and should be planted with native grasses that can keep it in check. A single plant will spread to be 2-3ft wide after a few years.

Great native plant choice for the Minnesota Lawns to Legumes grant program!
