Blue Grama Grass (Bouteloua gracilis) 3-pack of pots
Can’t be shipped.
One of the shortest native prairie grasses at just 1 foot tall, Blue Grama Grass is the perfect grass for garden borders and lawn alternatives. Blue Grama Grass helps knit a garden together with its soft, fine foliage and light green color. This is a staple in many of our short sunny garden designs where we intermix short grasses with short flowers to create a prairie-like feel. A typical matrix-style garden design might be 60% flowers and 40% grasses and sedges such as Blue Grama, Parasol Sedge, and Prairie Dropseed spread throughout. The seed heads of Blue Grama Grass look like little eyebrows, making a unique look in late summer.
