What are plugs? Plugs are plants grown in 72-cell trays; each soil plug is 1.6” wide x 3.2” deep. They are a great option for planting large gardens. We plant all of our own projects with plugs.
New Jersey Tea is a tidy short shrub with white lace-like flowers. A few of these placed in a garden will compliment many other summer blooming flowers such as Butterfly Milkweed and Coneflowers. It isn’t a woody or thick stemmed shrub—it has thinner stems. We have New Jersey Tea plants for sale that are first year seedlings that grow very large their second year.
