Prairie Lily is a classic lily of woodland edges and remnant prairies. It’s also known as Wood Lily. Prairie Lily is short and humble with only a few flower stems, but it stands out among other native plants with its traditional lily flowers. It is popular with rabbits and deer, so make sure to keep it protected. Prairie Lily takes 2-4 years to bloom from seed—most of the lilies we sell are 2-3 year old plants but they probably won’t bloom until the following year or two.
