What are plugs? Plugs are plants grown in 72-cell trays; each soil plug is 1.6” wide x 3.2” deep. They are a great option for planting large gardens. We plant all of our own projects with plugs.

Prairie Violet is a native violet of short, dry prairies. It’s rare in the wild but grows well in gardens. Prairie Violet is an excellent choice for borders, rock gardens, and dry sandy soils. It blooms in spring and sometimes again in summer.
